The 2018 California Dreamin’ Series provides a gateway for aspiring match race sailors to test themselves in a three event series this winter.
The series begins in San Diego on January 27-28 with racing in J/22s, which will also be the boat at the second stop in San Francisco on March 10-11.
Sailors return to Southern California to compete in the final leg of the California Dreamin’ Series, this time going at it on Catalina 37s on April 7-8 in Long Beach.
The overall winner of the three-event series earns an invitation to the 2018 Ficker Cup, held April 13-15 in Long Beach, which is a qualifier for the Grade 1 2018 Congressional Cup in Long Beach.
